Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I’ve put together a brief overview to help you visualise what our sessions might look like.

We walk, breathe in all that nature has to offer, and talk. Offering walks in the Wotton-Under- Edge area (GL12).
Sessions from the comfort of your own space. All you need is a computer or phone and a private space.
COMING SOON. Please get in touch if you would like in-person sessions in a therapy room located in Wotton-Under- Edge.
Before you decide whether to begin, you’re welcome to book a free 15-minute introductory call. This is a chance for us to connect, for you to ask any questions, and see if working together feels right for you.
If you choose to go ahead, sessions last 50 minutes, and we’ll agree the frequency together during our initial conversation.
