As an integrative therapist, I weave together a range of therapeutic approaches to support you in a way that respects your individuality, your rhythm, and your personal story. Rooted in a person-centred foundation, I also draw from psychodynamic insights, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Gestalt techniques—offering a flexible, responsive space where the therapy is shaped around you, not the other way around.

Underneath it all, my approach is grounded in presence and real human connection. I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep listening to each session, holding space for whatever you need to bring—whether that’s laughter, silence, tears, or anything in between.
